Inspiring the Next Generation

Invite Rose Lambert to Speak

Children are the future of our families, our communities, and our country. Rose Lambert welcomes opportunities to collaborate with schools, established youth organizations, faith communities, and nonprofit groups through age-appropriate speaking engagements, workshops, and educational events.

A grandmother of six and a proud American citizen, Rose cares deeply about helping young people develop resilience, humility, gratitude, responsibility, compassion, and confidence.

Rose came to America from a humble background and built a successful life without the advantages of wealth or an extensive formal education. Her journey demonstrates that where a person begins does not have to determine where that person finishes.

Lessons From an Extraordinary Journey

Rose began working at eight years old and used what she earned to help provide food for her family and younger siblings. These experiences taught her responsibility, sacrifice, discipline, love, and the dignity of contributing to something greater than herself.

At nineteen, Rose arrived in New York and began building her future. Through hard work, courage, entrepreneurship, self-education, and faith, she created a successful life and developed a calling to help others.

Rose shares her story without blaming or disrespecting her family. Her message is about honoring where we come from, learning from hardship, choosing forgiveness, and refusing to be defined by difficult circumstances.

What Young People Can Learn

Rose's age-appropriate talks and workshops may explore:

  • Resilience and courage during difficult circumstances
  • Humility, gratitude, and respect for others
  • Hard work, responsibility, and perseverance
  • Entrepreneurship and becoming self-sufficient
  • Learning beyond the classroom
  • Discovering personal interests and continuing to educate yourself
  • Making thoughtful choices in a material-focused world
  • Respecting family while developing healthy personal boundaries
  • Building confidence without losing compassion
  • Transforming hardship into purpose and service
  • The importance of belonging, kindness, and human connection
  • Appreciating the opportunities offered by America
  • Using success to help other people

Rose's message is not that formal education is unimportant. Her message is that learning is a lifelong personal responsibility. Schools can open doors, but curiosity, discipline, reading, mentorship, practical experience, and the decision to keep growing can also transform a life.

Rose Match Inc. will follow the participating organization's applicable requirements concerning adult supervision, visitor procedures, background screening, parental permissions, photography, privacy, accessibility, student safety, and emergency procedures.

Rose's presentations are inspirational and educational. They are not therapy, medical treatment, crisis counseling, or a replacement for licensed professional care.

Bring Rose's Message to Your Students

Rose welcomes conversations with schools and organizations that want to help young people become responsible, compassionate, resilient, and hopeful adults.

Together, we can create an experience that reminds every young person:

"Your beginning does not determine your future. What you learn, what you choose, and how you serve can transform your life."
