Why Volunteer

Service as Spiritual Practice

In many wisdom traditions, selfless service — seva — is considered one of the most direct paths to awakening. When we give without expectation, we dissolve the illusion of separation and step into the flow of Source energy that sustains all things.

Volunteering with Rose's Circle is not just an act of generosity. It is an opportunity to deepen your own practice, to be held within a community of conscious souls, and to participate in something larger than yourself. Rose personally honors every volunteer who serves the Circle.

Where Your Gifts Are Needed

Gathering Host

Welcome members and guests at Rose's Circle gatherings, ceremonies, and events. Create the warm, sacred atmosphere that makes every arrival feel like coming home.

Commitment: 2–4 events per month

Ideal for: Warm, grounded presence; experience hosting or event support

Community Steward

Support the day-to-day life of the online community — welcoming new members, moderating discussions, and helping members find the resources and connections they need.

Commitment: 3–5 hours per week

Ideal for: Strong communication skills; genuine love of community

Retreat & Ceremony Support

Assist with the logistics, setup, and sacred space preparation for Rose's retreats, ceremonies, and immersive experiences. This is hands-on, heart-forward work.

Commitment: Seasonal — 2–4 retreats per year

Ideal for: Detail-oriented; comfortable with physical setup; reverence for ceremony

Creative & Communications

Contribute your creative gifts — writing, photography, design, or social media — to help Rose's Circle reach the souls who are ready for it.

Commitment: Flexible; project-based

Ideal for: Creative background; alignment with the Circle's voice and aesthetic

Mentorship Companion

Offer peer support and companionship to newer members navigating their awakening journey. This is a sacred role — held with confidentiality, compassion, and clear boundaries.

Commitment: 4–6 hours per month

Ideal for: Seasoned spiritual practice; strong listening skills; emotional maturity

Resource Library Curator

Help organize, tag, and expand the Circle's growing library of teachings, meditations, and practices. Ensure every member can find exactly what they need on their path.

Commitment: 2–3 hours per week

Ideal for: Organized; familiar with spiritual teachings; love of learning
